Returns
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Refunds and exchanges
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and will contact you about exchanging or refunding the item. If you ask for a refund you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

About Us
I thought of the name BatBra when I designed a Bra shaped like a bat. Then I thought of a bat wearing a bra. If you have a creative mind, you can never unsee the mental image of a bat wearing a bra. You are welcome :)
It also made me think of Aurelio Voltaire song: Raised by bats. "I've chosen bats over people Cause I never did like the way humans made me feel" so the goal of BatBra is to design unique clothing for bats
We have a great collaboration with DraculaClothing for our first two collections, so that we can launch our own collection as soon as possible
