This corset has an elastic back so you don't need to lace yourself. The back of the corset is made of powerful elastic material so you can tighten the corset 1-4 inches. Bigger sizes can be tightened more than smaller sizes, sizes under 32 inches can reduce your waist up to 3 inches while over 32 inches can reduce your waist up to 4 inches. 

It has spiral metal boning in the side and metal busk in the front. 

To find your size measure your waist in inches and subtract 1-4 inches to find your corset size. For example, if your natural waist is 32 inches you can choose a 30 inch corset.
